I am an experienced General Counsel with expertise in providing strategic legal guidance and support to organizations across various sectors. I am adept at navigating complex legal frameworks, managing compliance, and mitigating risks while fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. I pride myself on running a “department of let’s get it done” instead of the stereotypical “department of no.” I love to get deeply involved in the business of the company, which allows me to provide better guidance to all stakeholders and, more broadly, to leverage my legal acumen to drive business success and innovation.

Beyond my professional commitments, I enjoy traveling with my family, exploring diverse cultures, and creating lasting memories. It is a great feeling to see the joy on the faces of my children when they experience something brand new, like a rocket boat ride along the Thames. An avid sports enthusiast, I thrive on both playing and watching a wide range of sports, which fuels my competitive spirit and teamwork mentality. I am dedicated to maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle that balances professional excellence with personal fulfillment.

I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. One of my earliest memories is of designing a new video game while riding in the back of my parents’ van on a trip out west. In 2015, I invented a consumer electronics product that I marketed for a number of years. In 2018, I helped my wife launch and market a personal beauty product that she invented. That entrepreneurial spirit also helps me advise companies from the point of view of a founder and salesperson.
